WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?Each product is made on demand when an order is placed. Processing may take up to 5-7 business days and an additional 3-7 for shipping on most items. Handmade products require additional time to complete and ship. Products are typically shipped via one of the following methods: Express (1–3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally)Standard (3–6 business days in the US, 4–7 business days in Canada, 5–20 business days internationally) ​We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end address. You will see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.​Only the options available for a particular address will appear at checkout. For example, if Express shipping is not available for a specific destination, you will only see the Standard rate.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM...HELP?!?Returns are accepted in the event of product misprint, damage, or defects. Please contact Geek Fit Athletics before returning any products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?Only if it is defective/damaged. Please return the item for either a credit or refund. Size exchanges may be granted solely at our discretion. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or extend refunds/exchanges for products such as masks, face coverings, or underwear.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?Shipping is determined by the weight of the order. The rates listed below are estimates. Domestic rates begin at $3.99 for a single product. Please expect an increase of $1.50-$4.00 for multiple items or a bulk order. International orders may range between $4.99-$13.99. This may vary depending on the weight of the order and current exchange rates.
